HOW ARE PAYMENTS MADE?

You may pay by Mastercard, Visa, other credit cards, and PayPal. All safe and secure transactions are placed through PayPal; a PayPal account is not required to use your credit card.

HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

Your order will ship by UPS. Sorry, we do not ship by USPS at this time. Additional shipping fees may be required for orders outside the continental US. Shipping fees are added at checkout after you decide to buy the items in your shopping cart. You will be asked to add your zip code or location into the PayPal form, and the final amounts will be calculated according to the price of the item, where it is going, and your selection of Ground, Air, or Overnight shipping. Should you have any questions or concerns please contact us. For international shipments outside the continental US, please contact us.

All orders are processed when received and shipped out within 48-72hrs for in-stock items. Should an item be out of stock we will notify you immediately; most out-of-stock items ship within a week once batch production is complete. All orders shipping to a New Jersey address will be taxed 7% by law.

WHAT IS THE REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY?

Due to the nature of our products we can NOT accept returns. Sorry, but we DO NOT offer cash or money-back refunds. We strive to make your shopping experience a happy one; if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us. We ask that you please provide your order information and we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss store credit or exchange options, if applicable. We do not refund shipping & handling charges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If your order arrives damaged or missing an item please let us know right away so that we may correct the problem. If a product is not in good condition when it arrives to you, please contact us with your order number with information about returning the damaged goods; we will replace the product immediately.
